You can deliver loads to us using a digital or paper waste transfer document. Please note that the information on the waste transfer documents for the following types of waste must be provided in digital format for the SIIRTO register: hazardous waste, POP waste, septic tank and cesspool sludge, sludge from sand and grease interceptors, contaminated soil and construction and demolition waste, except uncontaminated soil.
Suomen Erityisjäte Oy offers a digital waste transfer document provided by mScales free of charge, and you can export the data in the document to the register automatically. Please notify us of the service you are using before you deliver the waste. In order to use the digital waste transfer document we offer, SEJ must be provided with the basic characterization information at least one business day before the waste is delivered.
Please contact us before initiating deliveries. Important information when delivering loads tous includes, but is not limited to, the following:
– type of material
– estimated quantity of material

– a contact person who can provide us with additional information
Please note that all waste loads delivered to us must be covered. Waste asbestos must be packed in plastic or bound in an encapsulant. As part of our quality assurance, we check the quality of waste loads and pay attention to loads that are uncovered or unpacked, and to the condition of the transport equipment in order to ensure a safe visit for clients and the environment.
